Visitor Magazines, LLC
In 1991 EVCom, Inc. was formed by Ronald D. Vaught and David V. Every the publication was TV Maui. The magazine was a useful in-room amenity with emphasis on television listings. In 1995 EVCom, Inc. changed the publication's name to Maui Visitor Magazine and added many new useful features. Through the years Maui Visitor magazine has evolved into a complete visitor information guide, featuring, in addition to the Television Listing section, Dining, Golf, Real Estate, Activities, Art, Shopping and Maps. Many of these features are in response to our readership survey, which yielded nearly 10,000 responses. Readers told us what features they wanted and we added them.
On August 1, 2002, Big Island Visitor magazine, with the same tried and true formula, was launched and, on June 1, 2003, Kauai Visitor magazine became a reality. With the growth and success of the business, and with the addition of new partners on January 1, 2004, EVCom, Inc. became Visitor Magazines LLC, and an introductory issue of Oahu Visitor magazine began distribution.
